| This portion of the SSDI website is dedicated to bodybuilding. I am currently competing in the EAS 1998 Physique Transformation Challenge. As a sevice to other competitors, I am making available the program I wrote to calculate changes in body composition based upon the formula used in the handbook. Currently, this program will only calculate bodyfat for males. If I get enough requests for it, I will add the ability to calculate bodyfat for females.
