Each case can have a litigation plan associated with it.  The version of AptLaw being demonstrated is used by a company specializing in insurance defense.  This particular litigation plan applies to a workers comp case.  The litigation plan screen can be easily customized to accomodate the area(s) of law which your firm practices.

The bottom portion of the litigation plan form contains a list of diary entries which are associated with litigation plan items for the case.  These diary entries will also show up in the firm diary, personal diary, and case diary.  In order to be considered part of the litigation plan, however, the diary entries must be made from the litigation plan screen.
